User data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Upon termination of services, user data may be deleted in accordance with our policies.

Liability

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Welandit Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Welandit Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if Welandit Ltd or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

In the context of this agreement, "consequential loss" includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use, and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.

Welandit Ltd does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to this website.

The materials on this website are for informational purposes only. Any reliance on the materials is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration, as agreed between the parties, before initiating court proceedings.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. For international users, any disputes will also be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom; however, mandatory consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction may still apply.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or website at any time without prior notice. Changes may include updates to content, user interfaces, or features, and will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Users are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates. Continued use of the website after modifications signifies acceptance of the changes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in the United Kingdom. The parties agree to share the costs of such dispute resolution processes unless otherwise agreed.

If mediation or arbitration fails, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. For international users, any disputes will also be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with terms that closely approximate the intent and economic impact of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
